History holds completed work, Analytics turns it into trends, and exports get your records out of Method.

> **In short.** History holds saved workouts and cardio activities. Analytics turns them into estimated 1RM series, records, muscle coverage, and activity. Method Pro exports the strength history as CSV, one row per set, and produces PDFs of the history summary, any program, and analytics. Free accounts see the last 30 days; Pro keeps everything.

History holds workouts and cardio activities that have already been saved.
Calendar covers scheduled work and what comes next.

  1. **Review completed sessions** Open a workout or cardio activity to see what was logged, when it happened,
and which notes or effort values were saved.

  1. **Use analytics for trends** Analytics turns completed records into higher-level progress views. Method
Pro gates deeper analytics where required.

  1. **Export records** Use CSV or PDF export when you need training history outside Method for
    review, sharing, or offline records.

## History windows

Free accounts see the last 30 days of history. Method Pro keeps everything.
Analytics windows are stated on each page. See
[Analytics methodology](/docs/analytics-methodology) for every window and
formula.

> **Check the source first.** If something looks missing, confirm whether it was scheduled in Calendar or
> completed and saved into History. See
> [Planned vs completed](/docs/planned-vs-completed-training).
