Invite a client by link or email, choose what you are asking to see, and work from their client record. Either side can end the relationship.

> **In short.** Invite a client from **Clients** with a link or an email. The invitation states what you are asking to see and do. Your client reviews it and accepts before anything is shared. After that, everything for that client lives on their record: training, trends, programs, check-ins, form checks, measurements, notes, and settings.

## Send an invitation

  1. **Open Clients and choose Invite** Choose **Copy a link** or **Send to their email**. Treat a link like a key. Anyone who has it can become the client, and the first person to accept is the one, so send it only to the client it is for. A link expires after 48 hours and an email invitation after 7 days. Open invitations can be revoked from **Clients** at any time. Add a label so you know who the invitation was for.

  1. **Choose what you are asking for** Each invitation carries a set of grants. Schedule training into their calendar. View their completed assigned work. View their full training history, including work they logged before they accepted. View their body measurements. View trends over time across the training they share. Tick only what you need. The client sees the list before accepting.

  1. **Choose who in the workspace can see them** **Only me** keeps the client's training to you. **Everyone in this Workspace** lets any coach here with the granted access see and program them.

  1. **Optionally attach an intake form** If you have published a client intake template, the invitation can ask them to complete it. It is sent once they accept and due a week later. They see what it asks before accepting.

> **Invitations need a paid workspace.** Client invitations, client management, and messaging start with your first payment. During the trial you can build your program library and train yourself.

## The client record

Open a client from the roster. Their record has a page for each kind of work.

- **Training.** The sessions they completed, with the weights, reps, and effort they logged per set.
- **Trends.** Estimated 1RM over time per exercise, with the sessions behind each change.
- **Programs.** What is published to them now and what has been assigned before.
- **Check-ins.** Their rhythm, submitted answers, and your reviews.
- **Form checks.** Requests you sent, videos they sent, and your reviews.
- **Measurements.** Body measurements they share, when the invitation asked for them.
- **Notes.** Your own notes on the client. The client does not see these.
- **Settings.** The form check allowance for this client and the option to end the relationship.

## Capacity

The base plan includes 5 clients. Each client beyond that is an added charge on the same subscription, paid on a Stripe invoice when you add it. When you reach your capacity, add more from **Subscription** in the Workspace menu before inviting another client.

## End a coaching relationship

Either side can end it. From the client's **Settings**, choose whether assigned work should be written out through its last assigned day or stopped now. The client keeps their own account and everything they logged.
