Capture cardio, correct distance when needed, review the summary, and save notes and effort with the activity.

Cardio on iOS supports both planned activities from a program and ad hoc
sessions you start yourself.

## What a cardio record can carry

Distance, duration, route context, manual distance correction, notes, and
effort, depending on how the activity was captured.

## The review flow

  - **Summary page** Check completed distance, duration, pace, and activity details before
    saving.

  - **Review page** Add notes and effort after the activity, using the same intentional-effort
    pattern as strength workout review.

  - **Manual edits** Correct distance when a GPS or manual capture needs adjustment, before the
    record is saved.

> **Why distance is editable.** GPS drifts on tracks, trails, and treadmills. Correcting distance before
> saving keeps your pace and history accurate.

> **Pace is derived.** Method calculates pace from distance and duration. Correcting distance updates
> pace automatically.
