How deletion works, what can block it, and why an App Store subscription needs cancelling separately.

Account deletion starts from the danger zone in Account settings.

  1. Request deletion

    Method sends an email confirmation link before anything is deleted.

  2. Confirm from the email

    Following the link returns you to Method for a final confirmation.

  3. Confirm once more

    The last step is deliberate and irreversible.

What can block deletion

Deletion can be blocked while active billing or training relationships still need resolving. Method names the blocker. Resolve it, then start the deletion again.
