Planned vs completed training
Programs, Calendar, drafts, and History are four separate things. Keeping them separate is what stops edits rewriting your past.
If something looks missing, the answer is usually that you are looking at the wrong one of these four.
- Program
The plan. Weeks, days, exercises, set targets, and prescription detail.
- Calendar
The schedule. Which planned day should happen on which date.
- Workout draft
In progress. The record while you are mid-session and have not saved yet.
- History
What happened. The completed record after a workout or cardio activity is saved.
Why the separation matters
A plan can be edited before it is trained. A completed record describes what happened. Keeping those separate means editing a program next month leaves the training you logged last month intact.
This is also why the workout logger asks you to record real results. The prescription is the plan. The log is the evidence.
